We bill insurance for any plan that has acupuncture coverage.

To Verify Your Insurance Coverage and Benefits, Please Text a Copy of Your Card to

508-435-8184 along with your date of birth.

It is your responsibility to let us know if you have more than one policy so we can

determine which is primary.  Failure to do so may result in cash payment.

 

We are In-Network with the following plans:

• Mass General Brigham Healthcare

• Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare

• VACCN (with referral)

Any out-of-network plans that have insurance coverage will be subject to the details of that plan. 

We are happy to bill for you, however, we do require that the reimbursement at least meets our cash rate.

**Only visits that include acupuncture can be billed to your insurance. 

All other visits including herbal consults, or cupping, are cash pay only.

Cancellation Policy

​

​We require at least 24-hours notice to change or cancel a follow-up appointment and 48 hours to change or cancel a New Patient appointment.  Failure to do so with appropriate notice will result in a charge for the full amount of the treatment. We appreciate your understanding.
