We bill insurance for any plan that has acupuncture coverage.

along with your date of birth.  It is your responsibility to let us know if you have more than one policy.

 

We are In Network with the following plans:

• VACCN (with referral)

Any out-of-network plans that have insurance coverage will be subject to the details of that plan.  We are happy

to bill for you, however, we do require that the reimbursement at least meet our cash rate.

Initial 90 Minute Acupuncture Visit $165,     Follow-ups $110

Initial Pediatric visit (under 16 yo) $115,       Follow-ups $80

Senior Discounts: Initial $145,                       Follow-ups $90

First Responder Discounted Services

Active Police officers and Fire fighters, and their families, who do NOT have

insurance coverage for acupuncture have the following rates:

Initial Visit:  $135,         Follow-ups:  $95​

Cancellation Policy

​

​We require at least 24 hours notice to change or cancel a follow up appointment and 48 hours to change or cancel a New Patient appointment.  We do not accept appointment changes or cancellations by email.  Please either text or call us at 508-435-8184.  Failure to do so with appropriate notice will result in a charge for the full amount of the treatment. We  appreciate your understanding.
